As UX Developer, your main duties will include researching, developing, and improving the UX for our product QBox as well as conceptualising new ideas and techniques to help the business exceed customer expectations. You will be required to conceptualise and build inspiring and engaging user interfaces that solve our customers’ challenges, whilst maximising their retention, engagement, and sentiment.
To do this, you will work closely with our passionate and multi-disciplined technology team, you will be liaising effectively with the developers, product owners, project managers and of course the wider UX team.

Your Skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to create bespoke UI by hand-coding HTML, CSS & JS to a world-class standard
- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (ideally SASS)
- Knowledge of JavaScript libraries such as Angular
- Excellent understanding of platform specific UI & UX principles
- Extensive experience of cross-browser compatibility and web standards
- Extensive site-optimisation skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Knowledge of pre-development processes e.g., conceptualisation, wireframing and prototyping
- Knowledge of working in rapid development and agile practices
- Proven creativity, with excellent attention to detail
We as a company have embraced a hybrid-working model so this enables our employees to decide when to work from home or in the office. We would still have team days or company events (once a month or quarter) at or around our HQ in Wokingham Berkshire, some of which will be compulsory to come in for therefore candidates should be aware.
